Alyssa Alvin Foundation

“Give Hope”

The Alyssa Alvin Foundation for Hope is an organization that helps young cancer patients explore their passions and interests in the arts. The organization was established after Alyssa Alvin passed away from battling leukemia for four years. Her passion and love for the arts inspired her parents to give other children the ability to explore their interest in the arts while undergoing cancer treatments. The organization sets up events to introduce kids to various instruments and other types of visual art. They also provide professional art supplies for the kids to use in addition to musical instruments. If you know a young cancer patient, you may request a gift on their website. There are many ways for people to get involved with the organization through donations, hosting events or volunteering at an event. They also accept donations of musical instruments and all types of art supplies.  Their main goal is to share Alyssa’s love for the Arts with everyone.

To provide education, awareness, and life-changing services that empower individuals, families, and communities to end the cycle of domestic and sexual violence.
